Job Description

The Regional Economic Agency (AER BFC) targets two audiences: businesses and territories.

Integrated into the Promotion and Attractiveness Pole, your mission will be to ensure communication actions for the various poles of the agency and for corporate communication. Your role will be to offer, through your skills in digital communication and graphic design, a creative and attractive digital experience for our audiences.

The presented position is a real opportunity for any motivated person wishing to play a key role in the economic development of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and in the promotion of regional know-how.

You will join a dynamic and involved team of 6 people, as well as a human-sized Agency, known and recognized in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

Occasional travel is to be expected throughout the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, and more occasionally in France.


  • Design and create creative communication materials (posters, flyers, stand panels, brochures…) using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva;
  • Manage content writing for various print and digital communication channels (social media, newsletters, website…);
  • Write press releases and press kits;
  • Develop the presence and visibility of AER BFC and its shareholders on social media in accordance with the publication schedule;
  • Monitor communication KPIs of the AER BFC website and social media and help implement corrective actions;
  • Implement and monitor a digital marketing strategy: natural and paid referencing, landing page, AB testing;
  • Assist in organizing the various events of our Agency;
  • Lead communication actions in a context of changing practices with an RSE dimension.

Minimum Bac+3 or ideally Bac+5 Master in communication, with initial experience (2-3 years) in the field of communication.


  • Proficiency in Office Suite; ;
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva…); ;
  • Proficiency in digital communication: website management, emailing, social media (WordPress, Google Analytics…);
  • Master communication, promotion, and animation techniques;;
  • Manage a project (and related budget); ;
  • Excellent writing skills (analysis, synthesis, pedagogy) and impeccable spelling..
