The life of the Network – Financing Innovation: the France 2030 regionalised scheme and ERDF RIS3 call for proposals

Launched on 3 October last, the regionalised France 2030 programme aims to support:

  • Individual innovation projects (call for projects “Innovation projects”) carried out by SMEs and ETIs in the region: support for these projects aims to accelerate the consolidation and emergence of leading companies in their field. The amount of aid allocated to projects will be between €75,000 and €500,000 (grant and/or repayable advance).
  • Collaborative projects (call for projects “Collaborative projects / Regionalized I-Demo”): The objective is to support collaborative research and development projects. Support for collaborative projects will be in the form of grants. The amount of eligible expenditure to be incurred in the context of the work presented is between 1 million and 4 million euros per project.
  • Strategic regional sectors: the call for projects “Improvement and transformation of sectors” aims to strengthen the competitiveness of strategic regional sectors, by allowing the use of shared production resources or R&D infrastructures. The amount of aid awarded (grant and/or repayable advance) will be between €200,000 and €2 million.

In addition, since 15 October, the RIS3 ERDF call for projects has been launched, which aims to support collaborative research-enterprise projects (any size of company, but with the presence of at least one SME in the consortium).

The support will be in the form of a grant (minimum project budget €300,000 excluding VAT).
