Call for “Turnkey site” projects
The aim of the call for “Turnkey site” projects is to identify “industrial turnkey sites” conducive to setting up new industries within a reliable and controlled time schedule. This is enshrined in the Government’s roadmap for accelerating the setting up of industries and the Region’s industrial programme. It was launched by the Regional Industry Delegation. To date, 5 sites have been selected by this delegation in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
The turkey sites are also noted for their appeal: accessibility, available networks, services provided to companies and employees, local ecosystems, etc. These many assets make the difference where international competition for new projects is concerned and help convince investors to choose France.
These sites will allow the speedy set-up of new industrial projects. Whether you are a public or private stakeholder, the AER BFC can support you in developing your application during future calls for projects related to “turnkey sites”.

- Studies already completed: impact study, water legislation file, flora and fauna inventory, preventive archaeology, marshes.
Technoland 2, Allenjoie, Brognard, Dambenois
- Availability: immediate
- Planning permission: less than 3 months
- Environmental permits: between 9 and 10 months
- Studies already completed: impact study, 4-season flora and fauna inventory, preventive archaeology.
The two latest turnkey sites, “AuxR Parc” and “Vauguillettes Business Park” were revealed in September 2021. Information about these two turnkey sites will be available at a later date.
