The AER BFC – at the heart of the region

In 2020, the AER BFC developed a service specifically designed to meet the needs of EPCIs which, after the latest municipal elections, started formalising a regional project. This seminal document of EPCI action in terms of development defines the strategic directions of all its areas of expertise. Broadly speaking, it defines a strategy designed to increase appeal and the methods of implementing that strategy. In conjunction with this document, the Agency can support you in your various strategies to increase your appeal, in particular when formalising your presentation.

Regional portrait method

The AER BFC can offer its shareholders a “Regional portrait”. It takes a factual look at the features of the EPCI and its socio-economic aspects. The objective of this tool, which takes a snapshot of the region at a given moment, is to summarise in an organised way the features, factual data and objectives, quantified and mapped. It can be completed by regional representations with qualitative and subjective data. The document delivered by the AER (in the form of a PPT presentation) can act as an excellent preliminary to the formalisation of ambitions and desires for the region’s future. Essential information can also be presented in the form of a promotional document, with dynamic text and illustrations, which can be circulated to present the region’s selling points to elected officials.

The final document “Choose” is in A5 format. It is personalised according to the region’s charter and illustrated with visual elements (photos, logos, graphics, etc.) promoting the area in question.
