Bourgogne-Franche-Comté at SIMI 2023, the Paris Commercial Property Show

From December 12 to 14, the 22nd edition of the Real Estate Business Exhibition (SIMI) will take place at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, organized by Infopro Digital. This event will bring together various stakeholders, including local authorities, public institutions, real estate professionals, proptech companies, investors, developers, and user real estate directors. As a key player in the French real estate market, this exhibition offers participants the opportunity to exchange and debate on the theme “Real Estate Resources” and the concerns of the real estate sector.All branches of the real estate industry will be represented, including office real estate, commercial real estate, residential, co-living, logistics, hospitality, healthcare real estate, as well as mixed-use buildings accommodating tertiary and production activities, and all services related to commercial real estate.

The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region will participate for the fifth time in SIMI. Its 180 m² stand, located on level 2, booth B41, will constitute a collective pavilion where various regional territories will be gathered under the theme “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté,” ensuring the visibility of regional territorial dynamics.
