Job Description
The Regional Economic Agency (AER BFC) targets two key audiences: businesses and local territories.
As part of the Communication and Attractiveness Department, your mission will be to implement communication initiatives for various departments within the agency as well as corporate communications. Your role will be to leverage your skills in digital communication, graphic design, and event management to create engaging and attractive experiences for our target audiences.
This position presents a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to play a key role in the economic development of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and the promotion of regional expertise.
You will be joining a dynamic and committed team of six within a human-sized agency that is well recognized across the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
Frequent travel across the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region is required, with occasional travel elsewhere in France.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative communication materials (posters, flyers, exhibition panels, brochures…) using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Write content for print and digital communication channels (social media, newsletters, websites…).
- Draft press releases and press kits.
- Develop the presence and visibility of AER BFC and its stakeholders on social media in alignment with the publication schedule.
- Monitor communication KPIs for AER BFC websites and social media and help implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to website updates and animation.
- Develop and oversee a digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- Participate in organizing various events for the Agency.
- Implement communication strategies that integrate CSR and sustainable communication practices.

Education & Experience
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or ideally a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Communication, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the field.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva…).
- Strong knowledge of digital communication: website management, email marketing, and social media (WordPress, Google Analytics…).
- Ability to execute communication, promotion, and engagement strategies.
- Project management skills, including budget management.
- Excellent writing skills (analysis, synthesis, clarity) with impeccable spelling.
