Economic situation in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region
Nicolas SORET presented, alongside Anne Coste de CHAMPERON, General Secretary for Regional Affairs to the Prefect of the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region, the state of progress of the “FIMA” programme (Force d’Intervention pour les Mutations Automobile), a support programme for the subcontractors of the sector and the “Industrial Rebound” programme, territorial actions for the areas most concerned. He also presented the success of hydrogen in Burgundy-Franche-Comté. All these actions are carried out in close cooperation with the State, which the Region has invited to contribute to these joint actions.

After reviewing its main actions, the Region gave the floor to 4 local experts to decipher a good but contrasted economic situation:

- Régis PERNON, Head of the Economic Actions Division of the Banque de France Bourgogne-Franche-Comté,
- D’Jor-Krévys MOUËZA, Deputy Regional Director of Urssaf Franche-Comté,
- Christophe BASSO, Deputy Regional Director of Insee Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
A geopolitical conference on Sino-US rivalry
Finally, the renowned economist Christian SAINT-ÉTIENNE, President of Conseil Stratégique Européen SA and of the Institut France Stratégie, explained the Sino-American rivalry and its repercussions on world industry, the consequences of which will be very real for us.
