It is in this spirit that we are thrilled to announce that the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, in close collaboration with the Regional Economic Agency and the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will be present at the Vivatech 2024 professional trade show!
Vivatech is THE essential meeting place for innovation and new technology stakeholders. During the 2023 edition, the trade show gathered more than 150,000 visitors, 2,800 exhibitors, and 450 speakers. We invite startups based in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté to seize this unique opportunity to represent our dynamic and innovative region. Exhibiting at our regional booth at Vivatech is an exceptional chance to:

Participation Details
The selected startups will benefit from a two-day presence at our booth and will each receive a “4-day pass” to fully enjoy the opportunities offered by the trade show. The cost of the operation is covered by the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Regional Council. Only travel and accommodation expenses will remain at the company’s expense.
Selection Criteria
To select the most promising and suitable startups to represent our region, we have established a selection process led by the Region, the AER, and the CCIR. Candidates will be evaluated based on the information provided in a questionnaire that covers the following aspects:
- Startup History: We want to know your journey, your achievements, and what makes your startup unique.
- Business Sector: Describe your area of expertise and how your company stands out in this sector.
- Targets: Who are your target customers or users? How do you effectively meet their needs?
- Development Stage: Where is your startup today? What are your future plans?
- Growth Strategy: What is your short and long-term strategy for the growth and development of your business?
- Funding and Investments: What is the current state of funding for your startup? Have you received investments, grants, or other forms of financial support?
- Societal or Environmental Impact: Does your startup have a positive impact on society or the environment? If so, can you provide concrete examples?
- Interest in Vivatech: Why do you want to exhibit at Vivatech? How does this align with your strategic objectives?
- Investment in the Regional Ecosystem: Demonstrate your commitment to the development of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté entrepreneurial ecosystem.
