We are delighted to welcome Mamady, Quentin, Guillaume and Noémie, who bring to the Agency a wealth of diverse and inspiring expertise.

Mamady Cissokho

Mamady Cissokho joins the Economic and Territorial Intelligence Department as an Economic Research Officer.

After earning an engineering degree in economic planning in Senegal, Mamady recently graduated with a Master’s in Quantification and Economic Analysis from the University of Marie and Louis Pasteur in Besançon, specializing in data analysis and econometrics. Over the course of his studies and experiences, he has developed strong skills in research and project development, territorial diagnostics, as well as data collection, processing, and analysis. Mamady has already worked with several regional stakeholders, including the Loue Lison Community of Municipalities — where he conducted territorial animation missions and studies on the region’s economic actors — and the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans, where he served as Economic Impact Study Officer. He also contributed to the design of a territorial development plan for an international NGO in Senegal.

At AER BFC, he will contribute to the development of studies and territorial diagnostics, spatial and statistical analysis, drafting of strategies, and the implementation of economic development action plans — particularly regarding the positioning of Economic Activity Zones (ZAE).

A passion? Mamady enjoys volleyball and basketball, and loves traveling to explore nature and its diversity.

We are confident that his expertise and curiosity will be great assets in strengthening the Agency’s missions of economic observation and analysis. Welcome to the team, Mamady!

Quentin Didierjean

Quentin Didierjean joins the Energy Transition and Sustainable Economy Department as a Sustainable Economy Project Officer.

A graduate of the École Supérieure de Design de Troyes (2013) and ENSCI – Les Ateliers (2017), Quentin is an industrial and eco-designer, deeply committed to transition and foresight initiatives. He worked as an in-house designer at a Living Heritage Company (EPV) in Dijon before continuing his career as a freelancer. He has also shared his expertise as a pedagogical advisor and lecturer in sustainable design at the École Supérieure de Design de Troyes.

Within AER BFC, Quentin will support regional companies in their sustainable economy projects. His missions will include promoting sustainable economy practices among regional businesses and contributing to the Regional Network for Ecological and Economic Transition (RT2E). Essential actions to strengthen ecological transition in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté!

A passion? Living organisms, biodiversity, insects, plants, mushrooms — and hiking: Quentin takes every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors!

His creative outlook and commitment to sustainable economy will be valuable assets in supporting ecological and economic transitions across the region. Welcome to the team, Quentin!

Guillaume Douville

Guillaume Douville joins the Business Development and Prospecting Department as a Prospecting Project Officer.

Holder of a Master’s degree in International Trade from IAE Poitiers (2020), Guillaume has built a career resolutely focused on international development. After an initial experience as a Project Officer at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in South Africa, he went on to direct the French Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania for three years before working as an independent business development consultant. Originally from Caen, Normandy, he now returns from expatriation to put his expertise at the service of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté’s economic development.

At AER BFC, Guillaume will contribute to the preparation and implementation of national and international prospecting missions (trade shows, collective missions, partnerships, etc.).

A passion? Guillaume practices judo and scuba diving.

His international experience and strategic vision will be major assets in strengthening the Agency’s prospecting activities. Welcome to the team, Guillaume!

Noémie Poncet

Noémie Poncet joins the Business Development and Prospecting Department as a Local Economic Development Project Officer (Jura).

After a career in the social and human resources sectors, Noémie worked for over seven years as an Economic Development Officer at the Val d’Amour Community of Municipalities in the Jura. This experience gave her an excellent understanding of the local economic fabric, regional stakeholders, and business support challenges.

At AER BFC, she will support Jura-based companies at every stage of their development — creation, transformation, growth, or transfer — by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions: financial engineering, networking, and business development or establishment support.

A passion? A lover of hiking, trail running, and nature, Noémie is also passionate about music and concerts.

Her local roots and deep knowledge of Jura’s business landscape will be valuable assets in strengthening AER BFC’s economic development efforts. Welcome to the team, Noémie!
