Review of the France 2030 Strategy Committee

A look back at the “France 2030 Strategy Committee”, which took place on Thursday 13 April in Dijon.
Objective of the France 2030 investment plan
The objective of this strategic committee was to make an initial progress report on the France 2030 investment plan. With 54 billion euros, this plan should make it possible to catch up with France’s industrial lag, invest massively in innovative technologies and support the ecological transition.
France 2030 – Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region
This strategic committee took place with Marie-Guite DUFAY, President of the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region, Nathalie ALBERT-MORETTI, Rector of the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Academic Region and the Besançon Academy and Chancellor of the Universities, and Franck ROBINE, Prefect of Burgundy-Franche-Comté and Prefect of Côte-d’Or.
- For Marie-Guite DUFAY: “It is absolutely necessary to consolidate the institutional future of what enables us to establish research and to be a recognised showcase for international research. Agri-food, hydrogen and biotherapies really mark our region.
- For Nathalie ALBERT-MORETTI: “the France 2030 programme is a response to the major challenges of our time, particularly for the ecological transition and for the food sector”.
- For Franck ROBINE: “I am delighted that the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region, companies and researchers are seizing this opportunity, with 63 projects that highlight the Region’s good results”.
Progress in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
Nicolas SORET, Vice-President in charge of finance, economic development, employment and SSE at the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and Estelle WOLFF, Head of the France 2030 project for the State also presented the results and key figures:
- 63 winners for the national section for more than 124 million euros committed,
- 41.5 million euros committed in Burgundy-Franche-Comté over 3 years (State-Region parity),
- 4 thematic calls for projects: innovation, collaborative, support and transformation of sectors, professional training.

- Health and biotherapies,
- Hydrogen and sustainable mobility.
