Job Description

The AER BFC targets two audiences: companies and territories in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

Integrated into the Energy Transition and Sustainable Economy Unit, your mission will be to use your eco-design expertise to serve companies, business groups, and territories in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

The presented position is a real opportunity for any motivated person wishing to play a key role in the development of the ecological transition within the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. You will join a dynamic and involved team, as well as a human-sized Agency, known and recognized in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

Your mission, alongside 4 other Energy Transition and Sustainable Economy project managers within the AER, will be to promote eco-design and support companies in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in their projects: pre-diagnosis, networking, fundraising, and promoting work.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing individual and collective actions of information, awareness-raising, and technical and financial support for companies, business groups, or territories in the region.

You will participate in the animation of the regional ecosystem and the Regional Network for Ecological and Economic Transition, led by the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and ADEME.

In this context, you will have frequent travel throughout the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, and more occasionally in France.

Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness and support companies or business groups in the region in their eco-design projects,
  • Conduct actions to promote eco-design within the regional economic fabric, including awareness programs for companies,
  • Highlight exemplary eco-design initiatives, notably through the Eco-Innovate Trophies,
  • Stay informed about regulatory, sectoral, and technical developments on the topic,
  • Participate in the regional network for Ecological and Economic Transition.

Education/Experience

With a Bac+3 to 5 level of education, you have a strong background in eco-design and ideally have initial experience in an eco-design office and/or consulting experience directly related to companies.

Skills

  • Ability to work in project mode,
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of necessary business partners for the mission,
  • Ability to lead a technical meeting with partners, companies,
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and LCA software,
  • Being proactive in setting up and carrying out new actions.

Additional Information

  • Location: Position based in Dijon or possibly in Besançon
  • Contract: Full-time permanent contract
  • Status: Non-executive
  • Remuneration: Negotiable based on profile
