On Friday 30 January, construction of the SULLY Santenov building was officially launched in the presence of François Rebsamen, President of Dijon Métropole, Arnaud Marthey, Regional Councillor and President of AER BFC, as well as investors, co-financiers, developers and representatives of the first users: the Santenov Dijon Bourgogne cluster, operator Walter | Patriarche, and the three schools that will establish their new campuses there, CESI, École de Biologie Industrielle, and Groupe IMT, all of which highlighted the quality of the support they received.
The future flagship of the Dijon biocluster, this 9,100 m² building will be delivered in 2028 and will be dedicated to hosting training, research, innovation and entrepreneurship activities in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech and digital health in the region. Located on the Dijon university hospital campus, close to the MAZEN SULLY and Novarea technology parks, the SULLY Santenov building is ideally situated at the interface between academic, hospital, industrial and start-up players in the health ecosystem. This is an additional asset for the BIOVALIANCE sector.
