Bourgogne-Franche-Comté at SIMI 2022, the French commercial real estate fair

SIMI, Commercial Property Exhibition
From 6 to 8 December, the 21st edition of the SIMI will be held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. Organised by Infopro Digital, this exhibition is an opportunity to bring together local authorities and public institutions, real estate manufacturers, proptech, investors, developers and real estate managers. As a major player in the French real estate market, the show will allow the various players to exchange and debate on the theme “Making tomorrow the most beautiful place to live” and the concerns of the real estate sector.
Indeed, all the assets of the real estate industry will be represented: Office property, Commercial property / Residential & Co-living / Logistics property / Hotels / Healthcare property / Mixed-use buildings hosting tertiary and production activities and
all services associated with commercial real estate.
The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region
The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region will be present for the fourth time at SIMI. With a 180 m² stand on level 2, location B41, the collective pavilion will bring together the regional territories in the same “Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
“and thus ensure the visibility of regional territorial dynamics. Meet the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region and the Regional Economic Agency of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (AER BFC) on Stand B41 (Level 2), during the press conference organised on Tuesday 6 December at 12 noon!
