About the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Gerontology and Innovation Cluster
The Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Gerontology and Innovation Cluster brings together a network of diversified and multidisciplinary players (geriatric doctors, patient associations, Carsat, mutual insurance companies, EHAPDs, companies, local authorities, etc.), with an operational team of around ten people.
About EKTAH
EKTAH’s work focuses on the orosensory detection (the sense by which we perceive flavours) of dietary fat in obesity. To reduce obesity, EKTAH aims to develop “lipid lures” that will mimic the taste of fat and trigger a perception of early satiety.
