At the heart of public policy strategy, the building sector is currently undergoing an economic, energy, ecological and digital transition. In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, faced with these challenges, the players in the sector and public contractors are working together on the various growth levers for the sector. The GA2B (Gestion Active du Bâtiment) cluster brings together intelligent building players in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté around innovative collaborative projects. In order to better manage buildings, many developments are being made within the cluster, around the following axes

  • Air quality and comfort in the building,
  • Seniors’ autonomy and connected housing,
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital technologies and connected objects,
  • Smart City, Smart Grid and Energy.
