The AER BFC at the SIMI, Salon de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise for the 6th year
From December 10 to 12, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and the Regional Economic Agency of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (AER BFC) will be present at SIMI 2024 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. Accompanied by 15 exhibiting territories, the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and AER BFC will focus on attracting businesses and employees to the region, notably through OFER BFC, the Economic Land Observatory in the region.
As part of the region’s economic attractiveness strategy, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and AER BFC have developed a tool: OFER BFC. OFER BFC is an innovative system for monitoring and managing economic land in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, designed to support territories in facing the challenges of territorial development. This strategic tool, initiated by the Region, managed by AER BFC, and shared by ARNiA, aims to optimize land use, identify derelict sites, and promote land efficiency in line with the Zero Net Artificialization goal. With over 140 indicators covering various territorial scales, OFER BFC provides elected officials, planners, and technicians with a precise and dynamic vision of economic land.

A presentation and demonstration will take place during a press conference on the regional stand on December 11 at 11:30 AM, with the presence of Jean-Claude Lagrande, President of AER BFC, Nicolas Soret, Vice-President of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, Yoann Dumon, Geomatician at AER BFC, and Martine Abrahamse-Pleux, General Director of AER BFC.
