Job Description
AER BFC targets two main audiences: businesses and local authorities in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
As part of the Energy Transition and Sustainable Economy Division, your mission will be to bring your eco-design expertise to companies, business clusters, and local authorities throughout Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
This position offers a real opportunity for a motivated individual looking to play a key role in driving the ecological transition within the region. You’ll join a dynamic, committed team and a human-scale agency well known in the region.
Working alongside four other Energy Transition and Sustainable Economy project managers, your main goal will be to promote eco-design and support regional businesses in their projects: preliminary assessments, networking, identifying funding opportunities, and promoting results.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing both individual and group initiatives for information sharing, awareness raising, and technical and financial support for businesses, clusters, or territories.
You will also take part in the animation of the regional ecosystem and the Regional Network for Ecological and Economic Transition, coordinated by the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region and ADEME.
Regular travel throughout the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region will be required, with occasional travel elsewhere in France.
Missions
- Raise awareness and support companies or business clusters in their eco-design initiatives,
- Lead outreach activities promoting eco-design across the regional economic network,
- Showcase outstanding eco-design projects, notably through the Éco-Innovez Awards,
- Stay informed of regulatory, sectoral, and technical developments,
- Contribute to the Regional Network for Ecological and Economic Transition.

Education/Experience
With a degree from Bac+3 to Bac+5 with a strong eco-design focus, you ideally have initial experience in an eco-design consultancy or direct advisory role with companies.
Skills
- Project-based working skills,
- Ability to develop and maintain networks with companies and partners,
- Experience leading technical meetings with stakeholders and businesses,
- Ideally proficient in or at least familiar with LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) software.
