Job Description

The Regional Economic Agency (AER BFC) targets two audiences: companies and territories.

As part of the Innovation and Research department of AER, your mission will be to:

  • Identify and support innovation projects among regional companies,
  • Promote Enterprise-Research partnerships,
  • Lead and promote the Regional Innovation Network,
  • Participate in the overall activities of the Innovation and Research department, including event organization.

This position presents a true opportunity for anyone motivated and wanting to play a key role in the development of innovation within the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region.

You will join a dynamic and committed team within a human-sized agency, known and recognized in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.

Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness of innovation among companies by meeting them in the region and presenting innovation support programs,
  • Advise companies on innovative project management (business plans, partner searches, etc.),
  • Develop networks to support companies in their projects (participation in events and B2B meetings),
  • Facilitate collaboration between regional companies and Research/Training institutions,
  • Promote financial schemes supporting Enterprise-Student-Research partnerships (CIFRE PhD),
  • Promote technical and financial support programs for companies.

Education/Experience

A minimum of a Bac+5 level (Master’s degree), with at least two years of experience in innovation and company environments.

Skills

  • Ability to drive network-based innovation projects,
  • Willingness to travel to meet regional businesses,
  • Proficiency in IT and office tools,
